THREATS RECEIVED

The "Daily Telegraph" says that after the receipt of threats, special police protection has been given the Secretary for War, Mr. Hore-Belisha.
The authorities believe the threats were made by an irresponsible, probably an unbalanced, person, but are not taking any risk.
