MEAT TRADE The Dominion's exports of meat during the period from October 1, 1937, to June 15, 1938, are reported as follows by the New Zealand Meat Producers' Board, the figures for the corresponding period last season being given in parentheses:— Chilled beef, quarters, 175,183 (136,021); frozen beef, quarters, 100,981 (84,676); mutton, carcasses, 1,272,003 (1,009,942); lamb, carcasses, 6,576,391 (5,947,002); pork, carcasses 456,381 (456,421); boneless beef, bags, 216,324 (143,018).
