It now bears interest at £4 5s 3d per cent., but the conversion rate is 3| per cent., issued at £99 10s, and repayable August 15, 1954, with the option of redemption in 1952. The terms are the same as those for the recently oversubscribed internal loan for £ 10,250,000, and which issue was oversubscribed. DIVIDENDS DUE.
