GOVERNMENT CAUCUS

Asked today if there would be a caucus of Government members of Parliament before the session opened on Tuesday next, the Prime Minister (the Rt. Hon. M. J. Savage) said that a caucus would be held after members assembled in the ordinary way, some time next week. The Address-in-Reply debate would no doubt go on for some time, and members would have an opportunity of seeing the legislation before it was introduced.
