SUBSIDISED WORK
(Special to the "Evening Post.") WANGANUI, June 18. At a special meeting held at Wanganui on Thursday between representatives of llie City Council and the Minister of Mines, the Hon. P. C. Webb, it was arranged that 100 more men are to be found work, the Government paying the wages and the council finding all other necessities, during the winter months.
