Slight damage was caused by Are in a heater room attached to a wooden building, owned and occupied by Mr. E. R. Livick, at 1 Westland Road, late yesterday afternoon. Brigadesmen from the Central and Constable Street Stations answered the call, and the fire was extinguished by means of bucket pumps.
