First bathe your feet in hot water, then warm a little olive oil and massage it into the feet with a circular movement of the hands. Allow the oil to remain on the skin for about five minutes, so that as much as possible will be absorbed, then dry lightly with a soft towel, finally dusting, with talc-powder. There is not the slightest excuse for neglecting any of the above treatments, as olive oil is in every home, and is inexpensive to procure.
