TRIBUNAL SUGGESTED
OTTAWA, May 28.
In the House of Commons- Mr. Cahan agreed to the withdrawal of j his Bill proposing the abolition of appeals to the Privy Council when the Attorney-General, Mr. E. Lapointe, approved a suggestion by Mr. R. B. Bennett, Leader of the Opposition, that a committee be set up to study the establishment of some Empire tribunal to settle disputes between British countries, including the United Kingdom.
