The directors of the New Zealand and Australian Land Company state that owing to the fall in wool prices since September profits from that source have been substantially reduced, while many of the company's properties are affected by the Drevailmg drought conditions. In these circumstances they have decided to defer consideration of any question of dividend on the ordinary stock until the accounts for the year ended March 31 are completed; the fixed preference dividend of 2 per cent, will be duly paid on June 10. . In May last an interim dividend of 1£ per cent, was declared on the ordinary, being followed in October by a final of 2J per cent. DIVIDENDS DUE.
