CHILE'S ATTITUDE
WITHDRAWAL NOTICE WILL REJOIN IF LEACUE REFORMS GENEVA, May 14. Chile has given the statutory two years' notice of her withdrawal, from the League owing to dissatisfaction with the reception of her proposals for League reform. Chile intimated her readiness to rejoin if the League is reformed before the expiry of the notice.
