INFORMAL TALKS CANADA AND AUSTRALIA (Received May 14, 11.40 a.m.) OTTAWA, May 13. In reply to a question in the House of Commons, the Prime Minister, Mr. Mackenzie King, confirmed that informal preliminary discussion has taken place between Canada and Australia concerning a Pacific air service, but said that no negotiations between Canada and Britain had been opened.
