AUCKLAND REGIMENTS
N.Z.E.F. REUNION Individual members of the Auckland Mounted Rifles and Auckland Infantry Regiments living in the Wellington Province have on many occasions expressed a wish to hold a reunion at Wellington and thus give them an opportunity of renewing the friendships formed during 1914-18. After the last Anzac Day parade a committee was set up to consider the matter, and it has now been decided to hold a "smoko" in Wellington on Friday, June 10, for all members of the Auckland Regiments, N.Z.E.P. Invitations are being sent to the two V.C. recipients of the regiment, Captain Judson and Mr. Crighton, and also to the Commanding Officers. It is hoped that as many members of the regiments as possible from all parts of New Zealand will attend and give their "cobbers" in Wellington the opportunity of renewing old acquaintances.
