COOGAN'S CLAIM
GENERAL DENIAL BY PARENTS HOLLYWOOD, May 12. Jackie Coogan's parents have entered a general denial of his suit for the recovery of moneys earned by him as a child. They declare that his earnings rightfully and legally belong to his mother, Mrs. ' Bernstein, and disclaim any interest for his stepfather, Bernstein.
