EASTBOURNE FERRY SERVICE
The Eastbourne Borough Council's steamer Muritai was- taken off the Eastbourne ferry run yesterday and berthed at Queen's Wharf No. 11, where she will undergo her annual overhaul and survey. A one-boat service was commenced by the Cobar yesterday, and will be maintained for the next three weeks until work on the Muritai is finished.
Before she was taken off the run, the Muritai had, for the last three weeks, maintained a one-boat service while the Cobar was undergoing her overhaul.
