WOMEN'S GOLF

HUTT OPEN TOURNEY

Entries were by no means large for the open tournament of the Hutt Ladies' Golf Club, which commenced on the Hutt links this morning. During the morning's play a slight drizzle was in evidence, but the sun shone at intervals, making conditions for play quite good. The links were in excellent order.

The following are the first sixteen in this morning's round: —Mrs. Crombie (Wellington), 83; Mrs. Wilson (Hutt), 86; Mrs. Foreman (Miramar), 88; Mrs. Latham (Hutt), 88; Mrs. Slater (Hutt), 89; Mrs. Monkman (Hutt), 91; Mrs. Park (Hutt), 91; Mrs. Patterson (Hutt), 92; Mrs. H.
