MASTERTON, This Day. • Complete satisfaction with the results during the past year ■ was expressed by members at the annual meeting of the Wairarapa Pastoral and j Agricultural' Society. The financial was .considered especially good, a profit of £517 being made on the year's working. The president, Mr'. J. Fisher, who occupied the chair, appealed to members to make a determined effort to raise the membership roll to the 1000 mark.
The following officers were "elected for the ensuing year:—President, Mr. J. Fisher; vice-presidents, Messrs. R. R. Tilson and J. R. McLeod; treasurer, Mr. G. Brown; auditor, Mr.-H. M. B.
