The Chief Justice (Sir Michael Myers), who is to preside over the Supreme Court session in Hamilton, will leave for the north on Sunday.
Mr. Justice Kennedy, a member of the Court of Appeal which has been sitting in Wellington for some weeks, will leave for Dunedin' tonight. He will preside over the Dunedin Supreme Court session which begins on Monday.
Mr. Justice Callan will leave for Auckland on Sunday night, after spending some weeks in Wellington as a member of the Court of Appeal. He is to take the Auckland Supreme Court session, beginning on Monday.

Tlie chief engineer of the Public Works Department, and chairman of the Main Highways Board, Mr. John Wood, will leave Auckland for Sydney" today by the Wanganella. Mr. Wood' will be absent from New Zealand for about two months, and will make astudy of irrigation works, highway, systems, and the construction of aer<>« dromes in New South Wales and Victoria. He will be accompanied bjr Mrs. Wood.
