The Federal Cabinet will not intervene to prevent the landing in Australia of the American Judge J. F. Rutherford or to restrict his movements in Australia.

The Sydney "Sunday Sun" stated some days ago that the Federal Government was to be asked to prevent Judge Joseph F. Rutherford, of America, from landing in Australia about April 20. The request, which was reported to be backed by returned soldiers, would be based on an allegation that Judge Rutherford had attacked the British Empire.
