CAIRO, April 5,
Stating that his mission to learn the nation's opinion was now concluded the Premier (Mahmoud Pasha) formally tendered his resignation to King Farouk, who declined.to accept it and requested Mahmoud Pasha to prepare the King's Speech for the opening of .the new Parliament. ' ._
