LONDON, March 29.
The Dominions Secretary, Mr. Malcolm Mac Donald, announced in the House of Commons an agreement between the British - Government and the Prime Minister of South Africa, General Hertzog, to establish a joint advisory conference to study opportunities for co-operation between the Union Government and the High Commissioner territories. ■
In the meantime the Union Government is to prepare a memorandum setting out conditions under which the territories would be governed if transferred to the Union.
