WALL STREET LOSSES
GAINS WIPED OUT

NEW YORK, March 24,
Stocks have declined by one to nine points as a result of President Roosevelt's speech, in which he denounced those who were retarding American progress. The average of prices realised showed that the market had wiped out the entire gains achieved during the past three years. . . Numerous individual shares showed declines at the lowest level reached for years past.
