WINNER OF KING'S PRIZE IN VICTORIA

(Received March 25, 10 a.m.); ' MELBOURNE, This Day. C. M. Fqrster, Adelaide, won tha Victorian King's prize at Williamstown. The wind and the weather were the most difficult for any final stage ill the past ten years.

Forster scored a brilliant 48 in the last match and made a total of 379 out of 400. He shot with amazing consistency throughout the series.. A. Hay, of Hobart. who scored 377; was second, and A. Marshall, New South Wales, with, 377, third.

Forster with 379 is out of the four hundred.
