COMMITTEE TO NEGOTIATE
THE LITHUANIAN SIDE

KOVNO, March 23.
The Government has appointed a committee of five to participate in technical negotiations for the reestablishment of relations with Poland, under the slogan, "This is our reply to the ultimatum."
Contributions to the National Defence Fund are arriving from all parts of "the country.
