TEA AT COLOMBO.

Mr. L. M. Wright has received the following cabled report on the Colombo tea auction of March 22:—At yesterday's sale of 2,250,0001b fine and medium teas met a good demand and prices remained firm. Common grades were easier and declined about a farthing. ■
A total of 2,500,0001b is catalogued for sale next week.
