(By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright.) (Eeceived March 24, 10 a.m.) LONDON, March 23. The Bank of Australasia brought forward from last year £193,329, and shows a net profit of £309,500 for the year. Dividends, including the final payment of 4s 6d, amounted to £297,000. The sum of £205,829 will be carried forward.

Net profit for 1936 was £300,962 and the dividend paid was at the rate of 8 per cent, per annum, compared with 7J per cent, for 1935, when the net profit was £273,857. An interim dividend of 3s 6d per share was paid in April.
