MONARCHISTS IN TROUBLE

TWO DUKES ARRESTED

(United Press Association—By Electric ' Telegraph—Copyright.) (Received March 23, noon.) VIENNA, March 22. The police officially announce that 94 suicides and 100 attempted suicides for political reasons occurred between March 12 and March 21. The Dukes Maximilian and Ernest Hohenberg, sons of the assassinated Archduke Francis Ferdinand, have been arrested. Both were prominent Monarchists. Ernest recently smashed a signboard at a German railway office in Vienna. It was alleged to be an accident.
