PIANOFORTE RECITAL.

On Thursday evening, March 31, Mr. Gordon Short will present 15-year-old Cara flail, L.R.S.M., in a pianoforte recital at Nimmo's Hall. Cara Hall will leave for London shortly to take up a scholarship recently awarded her at the Royal .Academy of Music. In addition to classical and modern British works, she will play the well-known concert arrangement of the "Blue Danube" waltz. Miss Lexie McDonald, of Palmerslr.n North, will sing two groups of songs, for which Mr. Stanley Oliver will be the accompanist.
