(By Telegraph—Press Association ) AUCKLAND, March 22. Cabled advice has been received by the local attorney, Mr. J. H. G. Banksfor the New Zealand Crown Mines Company, that at the annual meeting to be held in London on March 30, the directors will recommend a dividend of 3d per share (less English income tax at 3s in the £) in respect of the year ended December 31, 1937. The rate is unchanged, but last year income tax was 4s 9d in the £.
