BREST, .March 22. General Troncoso, a former NationaFist Military Governor of Irun, and three others, who were accused of attempting to seize the Republican submarine C2 at Brest in September, were sentenced to six months' imprisonment for the illegal detention of arms and to five days' imprisonment for the illegal possession of arms.
