The British Government/, has invited the United States, France, Germany, and Italy to send representatives to London to discuss the possibility of following up the.report of M. van Zeeland on economic rehabilitation and of following out the .suggestion .in the report of preliminary soundings of the Powers whether, they are willing to participate in economic; collaboration and whether they are prepared to accept die main lines of the report as a basis for discussion.
