Sister J-L Lawton has resigned the office of social secretary of Court Lady Glasgow and Sister Kivell has bsen elected to fill the vacancy. At a recent meeting of Court Sir George Grey reference was made by Bro. C. V. Sanvig, D.C.R., to the Jubilee Commemoration Fund, which has been in existence since the jubilee oC Queen (Victoria was celebrated. Special legislation was passed some years ago to make the fund available to children of Friendly Societies' members. Sanvig said he thought) the various societies should know of this fund, many lodges not being aware that money was available for this source for the children of members of friendly societies. . Bro. Tandy, a very old member of the Order, is leaving for a visit to Australia and America, and at,the recent meeting of Court" Sir George Grey was granted letters'of introduction to Foresters' Lodges in those countries..
