EXCHEQUER RETURNS UP.

LONDON, March-8.
The Exchequer returns show that the total ordinary revenue amounts to £792,023,676, compared with £749,896,----712 a year ago. The total expenditure, less self-balancing items, is £803,968,081, compared with £776,941,351 at the corresponding date of 1937.
