There are 850 delegates, representing Britain, France, New Zealand, Australia, Russia, Canada, China, the United States,, India, Mexico, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Belgium, Holland, Austria, Switzerland, and Czechoslovakia. • '■, , : ■. ;..■■■'
