The Government officially states thai it is revising the Constitution in ordei • to meet the necessities of the moment due fo the hatred and strife of the numerous parties.' The country's finances and currency would be' soundly based. AH' citizenships granted since the war would be justly examined. The departure of all foreign elements would be organised by Rumania, co-operating with other countries largely populated by Jews, in order to find them new homes. Rumania would keep the peace with all her neighbours.
