DIFFICULTY OF APPROACH
LONDON, February 11
The Oslo correspondent of the "Daily Telegraph" says the speed of the drift, 30 miles daily, has upset plans to rescue M. Papanin and his party from the icefloe. It is believed they must remain there until they reach navigable waters where ships can approach them.
