For his third statutory offence of drunkennessj James Butcher, a ship's fireman,, was fined £1, in default seven days' imprisonment, by Mr. W. F. Stilwell. S.M., in the Magistrate's Court today. John Quirkc, a labourer, was fined 10s, in default three days' imIprisonment, for a second oflence.
