VERY WEAKENED CONDITION

MEMPHIS, January 23.

Dean Noe, who was suspended by Bishop Maxon for fasting in an attempt to prove man immqrtal this side of the grave, and who; continued to fast after his suspension, has been sent to hospital.

Physicians said he was in no immediate danger, but was in a seriously weakened condition. They fed him forcibly, ending his fast.

Dean Noe\ attended services in the morning at the cathedral from which he was ousted, and heard a cleric denounce his fast. He departed before the conclusion of; the service.
