SECOND OFFENCE
WARNING DISREGARDED

DUNEDIN, January 24,
"You have had a warning. These offences* nrc too frequent to overlook," aftfd Mr. 11. W. Bundle, S.M., in the Police Court this morning in sentencing Noel John Hagerty, aged 35, mechanic, lo a month's imprisonment and cancelling his licence for three years for being intoxicated while in charge of a car. Hagerty was convicted of a .similar offence in 1931 and was before the Court in November for dangerous driving. He was then ordered lo attend driving classes, but failed to do so.
