FLORAL DECORATIONS.
The new lounge, which shows signs of being a very popular place, had the window boxes artistically arranged with cornflowers, in tones of light and dark blue, cream and yellow statice, polyanthus roses, and maidenhair, and there were also large jars of gladioli in tones of pink and crimson. In the dining-room, which has been a very busy place this week, there having been five big luncheons arranged there, the scheme of carnations and gypsophila was adhered to, as well as pink and blue hydrangeas on the wall stands, with the well-grown tub plants helping to make a good effect. Flower vases and stands in the dressing and rest rooms add to their appearance very much, and the latter rooms appeared to be specially appreciated by those who had come out early and were waiting for late races to be
