Barnett, General Manager of the Wellington Harbour Board, re. turned to his duties today after his vacation.' •Mr. ~F. H- Newcombe, of Castleeliff, celebrated his 90th birthday on Saturday. Although undergoing special treatment gt the hospital, he spent his birthday with his daughter, Miss M, Newcombe.
