The Foreign Secretary (Mr. Anthony Eden) Will lfeave London on Tuesday to attend ■ the League Council at Geneva- He will meet the French Minister of Foreign Aairs (M. Delbos) in Paris on Tuesday night, Mr. Eden will be accompanied by the Undersecretary of the Foreign Office (Lord Cfanborne) and Sir William Malken, legal adviser to the Foreign Office. . -i
