DESTITUTE CHINESE
RELIEF FOR 30,000,000
TOKIO, January 15.
The Foreign Office Spokesman says 30,000,000 Chinese are destitute between Shanghai, Hangchow, and Wuhu. The Peace Maintenance Commission, assisted by the Japanese Army, is trying to relieve them.
