BRITISH JEWS' ATTITUDE
DOMINION OF THE EMPIRE

LONDON, January 16.
At a conference held with reference to the Palestine White Paper, in which it was announced that the British Government intended to appoint a technical Commission to go to Palestine to examine the partition scheme, the Board of Deputies of British Jews, of which Mr. Neville Lasky is president, passed a resolution welcoming the plan, providing it established a Jewish Dominion within the British Commonwealth, and urged the Government to expedite the departure of the technical Commission.
