"NO SURRENDER"
"ULSTER UNIONISTS' POLICY
BELFAST, January 15.
The council of the Ulster Independent Unionists decided to send a deputation to the British Prime Minister (Mr. Chamberlain) emphasising that its policy on the question of Irish partition was "No surrender."
It was agreed in a resolution that Ulster was not to be a bargaining unit to placate Mr. de Valera.
