He will take the local rank'of major and has been attached .to the Regiment of Royal N.Z. Artillery; Major Nurse replaces Major G;B. Parkinson as District Artillery Officer.; Major Parkinson has been, appointed Commander, Royal N.Z. Artillery,: Wellington, and will take the temporary, rartk of Lieutenant-Colonel while so employed. .
