I Probate has been granted in the Supreme Court of a will containing .ai clause which is regarded in legaljcircles as the first of its kind. A Queensland testator, Mr. William Wilson Farquhar, has ordered his home at Eidsvold, together with the furniture and the other buildings on the property, to be destroyed by fire. It is expected that early action willbe taken to comply with the terms of the will. The total value of the property to be. destroyed is approximately £550.
