Mr. C. G. White, a member of the directorate of Union Airways", Mr. V. B: Dwyer, of the Internal Affairs Department, and Lieutenant-Colonel the Hon. T. W. White, Australian Minister of Customs, joined the boat at Wellington for the trip north.
