MARTON JUDGE RETIRES

Mr. J. R. L. Stanford, honorary judge to the Marton Jockey Club, concluded a lengthy association in this office alter the last race oh Saturday. Mr. Stanford first became associated with racing some 30 years ago at Stratford, and when he gave his decision in the Dash Hack Handicap, won^ by Great Hope on Saturday, he stated that this, would be his last duty in the official capacity.
