KEYSTONE INVESTMENTS.
Keystone Investments Ltd., a Wellington investment company with an authorised capital of £50,000 in 200,000 shares of 5s each, has gone to allotment. The company has been formed to operate as an investment company enabling its shareholders to spread' their funds over a wide range of stocks and shares. The directors are: Sir Charles Statham, Kt., M.L.C., Messrs. F. -W. Furkert, C.M.G., Will Appleton, G. G. G. Watson, M.A., LL.B., and E. Shields-Brown. Mr. D. L. Irwin, M.Com., A.P.A.(N.Z.), A.C.1.5., A.AJ.S.I has been appointed secretary and manager of the company.
