RIO DE JANEIRO, December 6. A plot to blow up battleships, the police headquarters, and office builds ings is alleged to have been discovered after the arrest of a notorious Leftist terrorist. The police seized bombs which they described as containing enough T.N.T. to blow up a large city. They also closed up the offices of the Integralistas in accordance with a decree issued last Friday and seized large quantities, of arms, ammunition, and gas-bombs.
